I had seriously taken a look at Connect, and then I got my recent check and really looked at how much money I was giving my broker between splits and fees.  That was the final straw! Also, with 12 listings I am stoked about the Realtor.com services and other web presence I can provide my clients.  I am glad I made the choice, and haven't looked back!

Dee Nott, North Carolina rock star, why did you join Connect?  It's human nature to look over the fence to see if the grass is greener!   I sat down and listed out what it was that I felt I needed from a company.  What would a company offer me that would justify my giving up any amount of my commission?  After all…it is all about ME!  Right? ( Don’t tell Elaine Cook, she still thinks it’s all about her)  I really had no interest in hooking up with old school companies and certainly not the companies that focused more on recruiting than real estate.  I came across Connect Realty and could not get over how spot on they where!  It was as if they took a peak at my wish list for a company and added to it.  I’m in Fayetteville NC …feel free to shoot me an email if you have any questions about why I choose Connect Realty.

Mike Dawson of Richland Canada, what made you decide?
With dual citizenship and dual licenses I often do business in WA as well as Canada.
Connect provided me with a low overhead and tools that make sense. 

Joey Castilleja, why does Connect look good for Yakima WA?
My broker Devin Wood, gave me the scoop on Connect.  After much research it made sense.  Agents here, well everywhere are looking for ways to increase their income and lower their overhead.  The time has come for hard working agents...Finally.

There were several factors actually. It was hard, I loved my previous Broker and I was at 100% commission...However, I have been a Realtor for over 4 years and I am ready to change how my Real Estate business looks.  The internet marketing, and transaction management tools provided with Connect will help me be more visible, and able to handle more business. Having had my license since 2002, I have worked under the large National brokerage umbrella.  This company turns that whole system upside down.  I make more money, and I can be rewarded for referring other agents to Connect Realty...plus all the technology and support they offer is icing on the cake! It really was a "no brainer" decision!

Tara Camp just joined, what is her opinion?

I had just finished my class with David Hutton and had heard from various Brokers who came and spoke at our class...no one offered what Connect Realty offers.  The commitment that Connect makes to new agents is incredible.  I have a mentor to train me, and be right there with me through my first 5 transactions, and beyond if I need one.

And Pat Jordan, what say you?
I am just finishing up my Real Estate class, and started looking into where I was going to hang my license..  When Dave told me about Connect Realty,  I couldn't believe the brokerage model, and the mentoring program.  I am guaranteed to have support.  The people I have met, are great!  I am grateful I found out about Connect Realty, before I went with a traditional brokerage!  Update: I have my license and have been going through the training program.
